AISSMS College of Engineering, Pune Visits Saipro Group’s Mumbai International Cruise Terminal (MICT) Project.

On October 21, 2024, Saipro Group had the honour of hosting an educational visit for 99 fourth-year civil engineering students from AISSMS College of Engineering, Pune, accompanied by 7 faculty members. This insightful tour of the prestigious Mumbai International Cruise Terminal (MICT) Project gave the students a valuable opportunity to experience one of India’s most advanced maritime infrastructure developments.

The visit provided a rare and exclusive opportunity for the students to access the high- security Mumbai Port premises, which are typically restricted to the public. Guided by Saipro Group’s engineering experts, the students received in-depth insights into the MICT project, with a focus on both the civil and facade engineering divisions. The tour enabled the students to witness firsthand the scale and complexity of such a large-scale infrastructure project, bringing their classroom learning to life.
