On October 25, 2024, Saipro Group welcomed a group of aspiring engineers from SVKM’s NMIMS Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering (MPSTME) for an exclusive educational tour of the Mumbai International Cruise Terminal (MICT). Led by Dr. Meenal Mategaonkar, Head of the Civil Engineering Department, and Dr. Manoj Anaokar, Assistant Professor, this visit offered students an insightful view into one of the country’s pioneering infrastructure projects.

Connecting Theory with Real-World Application

Throughout the tour, Saipro’s engineering experts provided students with a closer look at the technical intricacies and engineering innovations driving the MICT project. The sessions covered practical insights into structural engineering, facade work, and large- scale project management, illustrating the connection between academic concepts and their tangible applications in real-world infrastructure.
